An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the variation of a Premises licence for 37- 38 Fleet Street, Swindon.

The application includes a proposal to extend the hours for the supply of alcohol, the provision of late night refreshment and regulated entertainment.

The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH. licensing@swindon.gov.uk between 09.00hrs and 16.30hrs on weekdays.

Interested parties (e.g. people living in the vicinity) or responsible authorities (e.g. Police and Fire Brigade) can make representations at any time between 14 September 2011 and 11 October 2011. All representations must be made in writing [including e-mail or fax].

It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
