NOTICE TO CREDITORS PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925 IN THE ESTATE OF MRS KATHLEEN MAY WARD DECEASED

Any person having a claim against or interest in the Estate of Kathleen May Ward late of 60 Hillside Drive, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 2TA who died on the 20 August 2011 is requested to send particulars thereof in writing to the under named solicitors on or before the 4 December 2011 after which time the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to the value of the claims and interest of which they have had notice.
