APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE (Section 34)
Notice is hereby given that Thomas Estates Limited has applied to Brighton & Hove City Council to vary the Premises Licence in respect of Beacon Bingo Club, Fairways Industrial Estate, Moulsecoomb Way, Brighton BN2 4PB and intends to vary the Premises Licence to vary the terminal hour for the sale of alcohol and provision of recorded music to 01:00 on Fridays and Saturdays, permit the provision of late night refreshment on Fridays and Saturdays to 01:00 and on New Year’s Eve to 05:00, remove outdated conditions and standardise the permitted hours on Christmas Day and Good Friday. The Licensing Register containing a record of the application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton BN1 1JP during normal office hours subject to an appointment being made or at www.brighton-hove.gov.uk Any representation by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the above address by 20 October 2011. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5,000.
