APPLICATION FOR MAINTENANCE DREDGING OF SAXON
WHARF, LOWER YORK STREET, NORTHAM, SOUTHAMPTON.
Notice is hereby given that Marina Developments Ltd have applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, to undertake maintenance dredging works to retain basin depths to design levels.
Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at:
The Marina Office, Saxon Wharf
Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Marine Environment Team, PO Box 1275, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE99 5BN, or alternatively emailed to marine.consents@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of the date of date of the first notice (September 29th, 2011) quoting reference MLA/2011/00171.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
