Variation of a Premises Licence

Notice is given that Cihan Dil has applied to Weymouth & Portland Borough Council Licensing Authority for a variation of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises known as; Lennox Street Store, 49 Lennox Street, Weymouth, DT4 7HB.

The proposed licensable activities are:
To Vary The Trading Hours
To Start at 07.00. Hours each day

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Manager, Council Offices, North Quay, Weymouth, Dorset DT4 8TA. Representations must be received no later than 27-10-11

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
