NOTICE TO CREDITORS PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925 IN THE ESTATE OF MRS CONSTANCE BARRY DECEASED

Any person having a claim against or interest in the Estate of Constance Barry late of Flat D8 Pine Grange, 22-24 Bath Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH1 2PJ who died on the 22 August 2011 is requested to send particulars thereof in writing to the under named solicitors on or before the 12 December 2011 after which time the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to the value of the claims and interest of which they have had notice.
