NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Any person having a claim against or an interest in the above named, late of Flat 2, Park Place, 158 Regents Park Road, Southampton, SO15 8NY, who died on 17th April 2011, are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the personal representative, Robert Rooke, of 16 Marlhill Close, Townhill Park, Southampton, SO18 2GE, on or before December 9th, 2011, after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interests of which he has had notice.
