NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
I Maximilian Greenwood hereby give notice that I have applied to Southampton City Council for a grant of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows: 63 Onslow Road,
Southampton, SO14 0JL
The application is for a premises licence for the following licensable activities:
The sale by retail of alcohol;
The provision of regulated entertainment, consisting of:
(a) an exhibition of a film (b) a performance of live music (c) any playing of recorded music (d) entertainment of a similar description to that falling within paragraph (e), (f) or (g), where the
entertainment takes place in the presence of an audience and is provided for the purpose, or for the purposes which include the purpose, of entertaining that audience.
The provision of late night refreshment.
The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their offices at Southbrook Rise, 4-8 Millbrook Road East, Southampton SO15 1YG between
09.00 and 12.00 or between 14.00 and 16.00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/licensing Any representations by
an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1344, Southampton, SO15 1WQ so as to be received by them between the 3rd
October 2011 and 31st October 2011. Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence,
a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000).
