NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT
OF A PREMISES LICENCE
I, Mr Enser Yilmaz, Hereby give notice that I have applied to Eastleigh Borough Council for grant of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows: West End Kebab and Pizza, 54a High Street, West End, Southampton, SO30 3DR.
The application is for a premises licence for the following licensable activities:
The provision of late night refreshment.
The relevant licensing authority is Eastleigh Borough Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Team at Southbrook Rise, 4-8 Millbrook Road East, Southampton SO15 1YG or at the Civic Offices, Leigh Road, Eastleigh SO50 9YN during normal office hours or on the internet at licensing.eastleigh.gov.uk
Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Eastleigh Borough Council, PO Box 1344, Southampton SO15 1WQ so as to be received by them between the 18th October 2011 and 15th November 2011.
Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000).
