Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Fred Louis Adler deceased, late of 7c The Albany, London Road, Headington, Oxford, OX3 7SW who died on the 14th day of September 2008, is required to send particulars there of in writing to the undersigned solicitors for the personal represent atives of the deceased on or before the 31st day of December 2011 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the Estate having regard only to claims and interests of which they have notice.
