PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925 Section 27 NOTICE IS GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Wilfred James Andrews late of Golden Willows Main Road Winterbourne Earls Salisbury Wiltshire SP4 6HH who died on 16th May 2011 and whose will was proved in the Winchester District Probate Registry of the Family Division of the High Court on 3rd October 2011 by Thomas Nairn Gawler and Roger John Snowdon the executors named in it (‘the Executors’) are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned solicitors whose address is MacLachlan Solicitors Blackmore Vale House Newbury Gillingham Dorset SP8 4QJ on or before 22nd December 2011 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they then have not had notice
