NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR
A PREMISES LICENCE

Robins Cook Farm, Kings Mill Lane, Redhill Surrey RH1 5JX

Notice is given that Matthew Nichols has applied to Reigate & Banstead Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence to be granted under the Licensing Act 2003.

To hold a three day music festival on the 20th, 21st & 22nd July 2012 with licensable activities including: the performance of live music, the playing of recorded music, the provision of facilities for dancing and the provision of late night refreshment.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Manager, Town Hall Castlefield Road, Reigate, RH2 0SH. Representations must be received no later than 26th November 2011

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale(£5000)
