NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any persons having a claim against or interest in the estate of Lily Patricia McCreight late of The Homestead, 24 Flax Crescent, Shilton Park, Carterton OX18 1NA who died on 20th August 2011 are required to send particulars in writing of their claim to the executors of her will at Box Number OX2423563. Oxford Times, Osney Mead, Oxford, OX2 0EJ by the 5th January 2012 after which date the executors will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have then had notice.
