Hunters Biltong Bournemouth Limited has applied to East Dorset District Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situate at Hunters Biltong Bournemouth Limited 613B Ringwood Road West Moors, BH22 0AD and propose to carry on the following activities:- Sale of Alcohol. Applications are available for public inspection at East Dorset District Council Offices, Furzehill, Wimborne, BH21 4HN. www.dorsetforyou.com Interested Parties or Responsible Authorities, as defined under the Licensing Act 2003, may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application but these must be submitted between 01/10/2011 and 28/11/11 It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
