Notice ID:An application for consent under the above Regulations has been made to Natural England.
The application is for 5 .27 ha of land near Sutton Veny, Wiltshire (Four Rural Land registry parcels: ST 9142 1801, ST 9142 3010, ST 9142 4224 and ST 9142 5122).
The applicants seek consent to level off earthworks, which are the remnant of an old water meadow system, and then reseed the land with perennial rye-grass, Timothy and white clover, to create a more productive sward for livestock.
The environmental statement can be inspected at EIA Unit, Natural England, First Floor, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Bristol, BS1 6EB or alternatively a copy of the statement can be purchased from this address or from eia.england@naturalengland.org.uk
