I Cenk Daldeniz do hereby give notice that it is my intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council in the county of East Sussex for the variation of a premises licence or club premises
certificate to use or permit the use of premises known as Wine Me Up, 7 Lewes Road Brighton, BN2 3HP or the following proposed variation which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the
premises: sale of Alcohol change in trading hours Sunday to Thursday 10am to 1am, Friday and Saturday 10am to 2am. Any person who desires to make a representation to the statement, variation,
should send to Head of Planning & Public Protection, Health & Safety and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BNI IJP no later than 29/11/2011 a
brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available
via www.brightonhove.gov.uk/licensing. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on
summary conviction for the offence is currently £5000.
