NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
We, JR Etherington & K Lay, hereby give notice that we have applied to Eastleigh Borough Council for grant of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows:
Room M150 Ready Steady Store, M3 Trade Park, Eastleigh, SO50 9YA
The application is for a premises licence for the following licensable activities: The sale by retail of alcohol;
The relevant licensing authority is Eastleigh Borough Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Team at Southbrook Rise, 4-8 Millbrook Road East, Southampton SO15 1YG or at the Civic Offices, Leigh Road, Eastleigh SO50 9YN during normal office hours or on the internet at licensing.eastleigh.gov.uk
Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Eastleigh Borough Council, PO Box 1344, Southampton SO15 1WQ so as to be received by them between the 25th October 2011 and 22 November 2011.
Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000).
