Proposed development at 40 and R/O 38 High Trees Road, Reigate RH2 7EN. I give notice that Millwood Designer Homes Ltd. is applying to Reigate & Banstead Borough Council for planning permission for the demolition of the existing dwelling and erection of two detached dwellings with associated garaging, parking and access. Any owner* of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at Town Hall, Castlefield Road, Reigate RH2 0SH within 14 days. *’Owner’ means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. ‘Tenant’ means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
