NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES
LICENCE OF GRANBY FUN FACTORY UNDER
THE LICENSING ACT 2003

ADVENTURE CAFÉ SW LIMITED applied to WEST DORSET DISTRICT Council on 2ND NOVEMBER 2011 for a licence/ certificate to use the premises at Granby Fun Factory, 7 Albany Road, Granby Industrial Estate, Weymouth, DT4 9TH for regulated entertainment and the provision of alcohol and late night refreshment, generally between the hours of 8.00am and 1.00am, Monday to Sunday. Representations should be made in writing to: The Licensing Section, West Dorset District Council, 58/60 High West Street, Dorchester, Dorset DT1 1UZ By 28 days of the notice of this application. Representations made will be disclosed in an open meeting should a hearing be necessary. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and is subject to a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction of the offence.
