Notice of Application for a Premises Licence

NOTICE is hereby given that Edi Avdullari has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as St Michael’s Convenience Store (Premier Express) 20 St Michael’s Road, Bournemouth BH2 5DX. The application is for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises only between 08:00 hours and 21:00 hours daily and is subject to conditions. Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Team, Bournemouth Borough Council, The Town Hall, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth BH2 6LL no later than 8 December 2011. The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of BournemouthBoroughCouncil at the above address (or www.bournemouth.gov.uk). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5,000
