Notice of application for grant of premises Licence Certificate

We Ian Linda and Thomas Cook Of Heartizans Deli Ltd. HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT We intend to apply to the Christchurch Borough Council on the 9th day of November 2011 for the grant of a Premises Licence Certificate at: 58 High Street Christchurch BH23 1BN. For the following licensable activities which will be provided during the following times and starting from the 6th day of December 2011. The supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between the hours of 11:00 and 18:00 Monday to Sunday.

Any persons who wish to make representations in respect of this application should submit them in writing to: The Licensing Officer, Chief Executives Department, Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Christchurch, BH23 1AZ, not later than 28 days from the date of receipt of the application.

Any such representations will be made known and copied to the applicant(s). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with a licence application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
