NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Lucie Carr late of lA Staverton Road, Oxford OX2 6HH who died on 26 March 2001 in hereby required to send particulars thereof to the undersigned Solicitors for the Personal Representatives on or before the 20 January 2012.

After this date the Personal Representatives will distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claim and interests of which they shall then have had notice.

In respect of the assets of any part thereof so distributed, the Personal Representatives will not be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not then have had notice.
