ORDER 2011 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hart District Council as agents for Hampshire County Council has made an Order on traffic management grounds to allow for works on the highway to be undertaken as follows: ROADS TO BE CLOSED: those parts of the following roads 1. STATION ACCESS (WEST), BLACKWATER Extent of closure is from the junction of Rosemary Lane to the end of the Cul-de-Sac
(There is no alternative route) 2. BIDDEN ROAD, NORTH WARNBOROUGH Extent of closure is from North Warnborough Street to Ford Lane (Alternative route - Bidden Road, Upton Grey Road, The Street Greywell, Hook Road, A287 Farnham Road, B3349 Hook Road, North Warnborough Street) 3. AVONDALE ROAD, FLEET Extent of closure is from Fleet Road to Pinewood Hill (Alternative route - A3013 Fleet Road, B3010 Kings Road, Pinewood Hill) 4. FROYLE LANE, SOUTH WARNBOROUGH Extent of closure is from B3349 Alton Road to Copse Lane (Alternative Route – B3349 Alton Road, Hayley Lane, Copse Lane) 5. FIRS LANE, ODIHAM Extent of closure is from junction with the B3349 Alton Road to West Street (Alternative route – B3349 Alton Road, B3349 Dunleys Hill, West Street) 6. HEATH LANE, CRONDALL Extent of closure is from Dippenhall Street, to Dora’s Green Lane (Alternative route – Dippenhall Street, Pankridge Street, Bowling Alley, A287 Farnham Road, Heath Lane) 7. MILL LANE, YATELEY Extent of closure is from Fry’s Lane to Firglen Drive (Alternative route – Mill Lane, Chandlers Lane, Vicarage Road,
Moulsham Lane, B3349 Reading Road, Mill Lane) 8. FROG LANE, ROTHERWICK Extent of closure is from The Street to Mill Lane (Alternative route – Rotherwick Lane, Hayely Lane, A33 Reading Road, A339 Ringway North, A30 London Road, Old School Road, Newnham Road, Newnham Lane, Ridge Lane) 9. THE STREET, LONG SUTTON Extent of closure is from Hayley Lane to Wingate Lane (Alternative route – Hayley Lane, B3349 Alton Road, High Street Odiham, Kings Street, Long Lane, White Hill, The Street) ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: During the period of any closure, the diversion route will be signed. PERIOD OF CLOSURE: From 21st November 2011 FOR A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS or until completion of works, whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding the above it is expected that the closures will be required for no longer than 5 days at each location). With the exception of any emergency works, all closures will be notified a minimum of 2 weeks in advance and diversion routes will be signed at the time of closure.
