Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) in the vicinity of the operating centre, if they believe that the use or enjoyment of their land will be prejudicially affected, may make written representations to the Licensing Authority at Central Licensing Unit, Office of the Traffic Commisioner for the Western Traffice Area, Hillcrest House, 386 Harehills Lane, Leeds, LS9 6NF within the 21 days following publication of this notice.
They must at the same time send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice.
