NOTICE IS GIVEN that Sally Dixon has applied to West Dorset District Council for a variation of a premises licence in respect of The Loft Cafe, 16 Antelope Walk, Dorchester DT1 1BE
for regulated entertainment and the provision of alcohol generally between the hours of 0900 Monday to Sunday and 2400.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Section, West Dorset District Council, 58/60 High West Street, Dorchester, Dorset DT1 1UZ within
28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of
the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is
a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000). DATE: 18th November 2011
