MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009 APPLICATION TO HYDRO-DREDGE FAWLEY POWER STATION INTAKE CHANNEL.
Notice is hereby given that Ms J Roughley / RWE Npower PLC has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to hydro dredge the Fawley Power Station Intake Channel.
Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Fawley Parish Council Gang Warily Recreation and Community Centre, Newlands Road, Fawley, SOUTHAMPTON, SO45 1GA
Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Marine Environment Team, PO Box 1275, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE99 5BN, or alternatively emailed to Elaine.c.young@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of the date of date of the first notice (November 18TH), quoting reference MLA/2011/00247.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
