RE: BARRY WYBROW (Deceased) Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Barry Regionald Wybrow late of 7 Glengariff Road Parkstone Poole BH14 9lP who died on the 5th day of May 2011 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned to the solicitors for the executors of the will of the said Barry Wybrow on or 2 months from the date of this notice after which date the executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which he shall then have had notice.
