NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
We, Champagne Charleys Ltd
Hereby give notice that we have applied to Southampton City Council for grant of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows:
Name and postal address of premises, Champagne Charleys, 6 – 12 Royal Crescent Road, Southampton SO14 3FS The application is for a premises licence for the following licensable activities:
The sale by retail of alcohol from 11:00 to 00:00 Sunday to Friday and from 10:00 to 00:00 on Saturday;
The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their offices at Southbrook Rise, 4-8 Millbrook Road East, Southampton SO15 1YG between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/business/licensing.
Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1344, Southampton SO15 1WQ so as to be received by them between the 21 November 2011 and 19 December 2011.
Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000).
