Ronald Smith (deceased)

Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Ronald Smith deceased, late of 59 The Grates, Cowley, Oxford who died on the 3rd day of September 2011, is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned solicitors for the personal representatives of the deceased on or before the 10th day of February 2012 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the Estate having regard only to claims and interests of which, they have notice.
