FOR PLANNING PERMISSION TO: Demolition of existing buildings and structures and redevelopment to provide a new food store (Use Class A1) and 2 no. new retail units (with flexible planning permission for Class A1 and Class A2 use) with associated undercroft and surface car parking, servicing, pedestrian access (including new link to Bridge Street) and vehicularaccess(including associated highway works), landscaping and boundary treatments.
