NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT
OF A PREMISES LICENCE
I Rahula Perera, Hereby give notice that I have applied to Southampton City Council for grant of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows:
The Saints Pub: Burger Van in Car Park, Kendal Avenue, Southampton, SO16 9LD
The application is for a premises licence for the following licensable activities:
The provision of late night refreshment.
The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their offices at Southbrook Rise, 4-8 Millbrook Road East, Southampton SO15 1YG between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/licensing
Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1344, Southampton SO15 1WQ so as to be received by them between the 29th November 2011 and 27th December 2011.
Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000).
