PERMISSION
Proposed development at Land south of Brownhill Way,
Nursling/Southampton, SO16 0YH I give notice that Lidl UK GmbH & The Trustees of the Barker-Mill Family Trust, are applying to Test Valley Borough Council and Southampton City Council for planning permission for Demolition of 6 residential properties and erection of a regional distribution centre (42,820m sq Gross Area), 186 associated car parking spaces, HGV hardstanding, two sprinkler tanks and pump room and new peripheral landscaping - including the stopping up of Lower Redbridge Lane and diversion of a public right of way. Any owner of the land who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the either Test Valley Borough Council, Council Offices, Duttons Road, Romsey, SO51 8XG, or, Southampton City Council, Development Control, Civic Centre, Southampton, SO14 7LY, within 21 days of the date of this notice.
