Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of William John Furber late of 38 Holland Road, Totton, Southampton, Hampshire, SO40 8JQ, who died on the 3rd day of June 2011, and whose Will was proved at the Winchester District Probate Registry on the 6th day of October 2011, by Stephen Paul Brandes the Executor named in the said Will is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitor for the said Executor on or before the 20th day of February 2012 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which he shall then have had notice.
