Notice is hereby given that Mahendran Niranjan has applied to Southend Council on 1st December 2011 for the sale of alcohol 08.00 - 23.00 hours daily at Corner, 427-435 Westborough Road, Westcliff on Sea.
Anyone wishing to object to this application should give notice in writing which must be received by Licensing Authority, Southend on Sea Borough Council, 12th Floor, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend on Sea. SS2 6ZG by 30th December 2011.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000
