NOTICE is hereby given that Angelo Barry Wiggins of The Snackbar 1 Quay House 10 High Street Swanage Dorset BH19 2NT has applied to the Purbeck District Council to vary the Premises licence in respect of The Snackbar 1 Quay House 10 High Street Swanage Dorset BH19 2NT.
The proposed application will permit Late Night Refreshment on New Years Eve, Extension for Recorded Music on Years Eve, Extension for Sale of Alcohol by retail on New Years Eve, removal of Annex 2 The application will request business hours as follows New Years Eve 11am / New Years Day 03.00

The register of the licensing authority is maintained at Purbeck District Council, Westport House, Wareham, where the application may be inspected Monday to,Friday between 10.00am and 4.00pm It is an offence punishable by fine on summary conviction, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
