MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009 APPLICATION FOR THE REFURBISHMENT OF EXISTING RORO JETTY AND REDEVELOPMENT OF FORMER LUBES JETTY TO RORO

Notice is hereby given that Purfleet Real Estate has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake the refurbishment of existing ro-ro jetty and redevelopment of former lubes jetty to ro-ro.
Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Thurrock Library Orsett road, Grays Essex.

Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Marine Environment Team, PO Box 1275, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE99 5BN, or alternatively emailed to adam.chumbley@marinemanagememnt.org.uk, within 28 days of the date of the 12th of January 2012, quoting reference MLA/2011/00264.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
