New Premises Licence
Notice is given that Eva Buschmann has applied to Weymouth & Portland Borough Council Licensing Authority for a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises known as; Roundhouse Hotel 1 The Esplanade Weymouth Dorset DT4 8EA
The proposed licensable activities are: Small Bistro serving food & alcohol between the hours of 2pm - 11pm. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Manager, Council Offices, North Quay, Weymouth, Dorset DT4 8TA. Representations must be received no later than 08-02-2012 (Date).

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
