Targetts, Orchard Road, Redlynch, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP5 2JA who died on 1st October 2011 and whose will was proved in the District Probate Registry at Winchester on 11th January 2012 by Diana
Margaret Bundy and Stephen James Elliot the Executors named in it are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned solicitors on or before 19th March 2012 after which date the said
executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to claims of which he then has had notice and shall not be liable for the assets
of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands he then has not had notice.
