Notice is hereby given that Alan Williams of Equita Limited, 42/44 Henry Street, Northampton, NN1 4BZ, has applied to the Judge at Winchester County Court for a Bailiff’s Certificate. Any person who knows of any reason why Alan Williams, is not a fit and proper person to be granted a Bailiff Certificate, should write to the Court Manager at Winchester County Court, Southside Offices, The Law Courts, The Castle, Winchester, SO23 9DL before 8th February 2012.
