APPLICANT: THREE BOTTLES.

Notice is given that OSPREY PUBS LTD has applied to Braintree District Council to vary a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as Three Bottles, at Leather Lane, Gt Yeldham, Halstead, Essex. CO9 4HX.
The proposed variation is to include sale by retail of Alcohol and opening hours on New Years Eve to non standard timings.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make false statement in connection with an application for a grant of a Premises Licence.
The maximum penalty upon summary conviction is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (currently £5,000).
