Notice is herby given pursuant to s.27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the aforementioned deceased, late of 6 Charter Court, GigantStreet,Salisbury, Wilts, SP1 2LH who died on 16/07/2010 are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned person on or before 04/04/2012, after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interests of which I have had notice and I will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim I have not then had notice.
