MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009
APPLICATION TO EXTEND FOOTPRINT OF RESTRAINING ANCHORS OF TOWN QUAY WAVEBREAK, SOUTHAMPTON
Notice is hereby given that Associated British Ports Ltd has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to extend the footprint of the restraining anchors of the Town Quay Outer Wavebreak.
Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Town Quay Management Office, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ.
Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Marine Environment Team, PO Box 1275, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE99 5BN, or alternatively emailed to Mark.Qureshi@marinemanagement.org.uk, by 23 February 2012 quoting reference MLA/2011/00333.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
