Notice of application to Grant/Vary Premises Licence/Club Premises Certificate
Name/Address of premise. Budz, 8 Kings Parade, Stanford le Hope, Essex. SS17 0HL. Notice is given that Sarah Edghill has applied to the Licensing authority to grant the Premises Licence under the Licensing Sct 2003. The proposed application is for: Alcohol and confectionery retail 11.00am - 11.00pm, 6 days a week. 12.00am - 10.00pm Sundays. Application has been made to offer paypoint services.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:The Licensing Department, Thurrock Council, New Road, Grays. RM17 6SL. The application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
