THE HART DISTRICT COUNCIL (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES) (CARRIAGEWAY REPAIRS FEBRUARY 2012) ORDER 2012

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hart District Council as agents for Hampshire County Council has made an Order on traffic management grounds to allow for works on the highway to be undertaken as follows:
ROADS TO BE CLOSED: those parts of the following roads -
1 ELVETHAM ROAD, FLEET – Jct with roundabout at A323 Reading Road North to Jct with A3013 Fleet Road
(For approx. 1 week - diversion via A323 Reading Road North & A3013 Fleet Road)
2 AVONDALE ROAD, FLEET – Jct with Kent Road to Jct with Westover Road
(For approx. 4 weeks - diversion via Westover Road, Kings Road & Kent Road)
3 B3010 KINGS ROAD, FLEET – Jct with A3013 Fleet Road to Jct with Albert Street
(For approx. 4 weeks – diversion via Albert Street, Church Road & A3013 Fleet Road)
4 REDLANDS LANE, CRONDALL – Jct with Redlands Lane to Jct with The Hollow
(For approx. 4 weeks - diversion via Pankridge Street, Bowling Alley, A287 Farnham Road, Redlands Lane)
5 TURNERS GREEN LANE (Doghouse Lane) ELVETHAM, – Jct with Rotten Green Road to end of the track
(For approx. 4 weeks – there is no alternative route)
6 HYDE LANE, CRONDALL – Jct with Bowling Alley to Jonathans Kilns
(For approx. 4 weeks – diversion via Bowling Alley, Pankridge Street, The Borough, Well Road, Jonathans Kilns)
7 MONTGOMERY LANE, WELL – Jct with Well Road to Dippenhall Road
(For approx. 4 weeks - diversion via Well Road, Dippenhall Road – Montgomery Lane will not be closed at the same time as Item 8 or 9)
8 DIPPENHALL ROAD, WELL – Jct with Well Road to Jct with Crondall Lane
(For approx. 4 weeks - diversion via Crondall Lane, Dippenhall Street, The Borough, Well Road – Dippenhall Road will not be closed at the same time as Item 7 or 9)
9 WELL ROAD, WELL – Jct with Croft Lane to Dippenhall Road
(For approx. 4 weeks – diversion via Well Road, The Borough, Dippenhall Street, Crondall Lane, Dippenhall Road – Well Road will not be closed at the same time as Item 7 or 8)
10 ROKE LANE, ODIHAM – Jct with Hillside Road to Jct with Itchel Lane
(For approx. 4 weeks - diversion via Hyde Lane, Bowling Alley, A287 Farnham Road, Hillside Road – Roke Lane will not be closed at the same time as Item 6)
11 WHITE HILL, LONG SUTTON – Jct with The Street to Jct with Long Lane
(For approx. 4 weeks - diversion via Long Lane, Cemetery Hill, Kings Street, High Street, B3349 Alton Road, Hayley Lane, The Street – White Hill will not be closed at the same time as Item 9)
12 COPSE LANE, LONG SUTTON – Jct with The Street to Jct with Wingate Lane
(For approx. 4 weeks – diversion via Wingate Lane, The Street)
13 HEATH LANE, CRONDALL – Jct with Dippenhall Street to Jct with Dora’s Green Lane
(For approx. 4 weeks – diversion via Dora’s Green Lane, A287 Farnham Road, Bowling Alley, Pankridge Street, Dippenhall Street)
ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: During the period of any closure, the diversion route will be signed.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: From 13th February 2012 for a period of 12 months or until completion of works as specified above, whichever is sooner.
With the exception of any emergency works, all closures will be notified a minimum of 2 weeks in advance and diversion routes will be signed at the time of closure.
Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out.
