MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009
APPLICATION FOR THE WIDENING OF BERTHS 204 AND 205, PORT OF SOUTHAMPTON
Notice is hereby given that ABP Southampton has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake dredging to widen berths 204 and 205 at the Port of Southampton, Hampshire. Plans showing the location of the works may be inspected at ABP Offices, Ocean Gate, Atlantic Way, Southampton, SO14 3QN.
Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Marine Environment Team, PO Box 1275, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE99 5BN, or alternatively emailed to Joanna.parnell@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of 9 February 2012, quoting reference 00046.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
