MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009
APPLICATION For:
Disposal of maintenance dredgings from the Harwich Channel at the Walker Buoy

Notice is hereby given that Harwich Haven Authority has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake disposal of dredgings from the Harwich Channel at the Walker Buoy.

Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at: Harwich Haven Authority, Harbour House, The Quay, Harwich CO12 3HH between the hours of 0900 and 1600, Monday - Friday.

Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Marine Environment Team, PO Box 1275, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE99 5BN, or alternatively emailed to colin.robson@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of the date at the foot of this notice, quoting reference MLA/2011/00320

The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
