Variation of a Premises Licence Notice is given that ISMAIL KARAMAN has applied to Weymouth & Portland Borough Council Licensing Authority for a variation of a Premises license
under the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises known as KEZZI’S FAST FOOD TAKEAWAY, 22-23 King Street, Weymouth DT4 7BH. The proposed licensable activities are to extend current permitted hours for
the sale of alcohol and late night refreshment to end at 05.00 hours each day. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The licensing
Manager, Council Offices, North Quay, Weymouth, Dorset DT4 8TA. Representations must be received no later than 11 March 2012. The application record and register may be viewed during normal office
hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine
for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to Level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000)
