Notice is given that Daren Deadman has applied to Weymouth & Portland Borough Council Licensing Authority for a variation of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises known as;

Address: Opposite 41 - 42 The Esplanade, Weymouth

The proposed licensable activities are:
Extending the opening times for the Sale of alcohol from 9.00am to 23.00pm Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Manager, Council Offices, North Quay, Weymouth, Dorset DT4 8TA. Representations must be received no later than 11/03/2012.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003. Knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
