MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009
APPLICATION TO: Remodel and extend the Royal Motor Yacht Club, Poole and to carry out capital dredging and disposal.
Notice is hereby giventhat Royal Motor Yacht Club, Poole has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to remodel and extend the Royal Motor Yacht Club, Poole and to carry out capital dredging and disposal.
Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at the offices of Sibbett Gregory, 3 Winchester Place, North Street, Poole, BH15 1NX, Monday to Friday, during normal office hours.
Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at www.marinemanagement. org.uk/publicregister.
Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Marine Environment Team, PO Box 1275, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE99 5BN, or alternatively emailed to Colin.Robson@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of the date of the first notice (21st February 2012), quoting reference MLA/2012/00019.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objectionorrepresentation we receive.
