I give notice that Waldon Telecom Ltd of Phoenix House, Pyrford Road, West Byfleet, Surrey, KT14 6RA on behalf of Everything Everywhere Ltd and Hutchison 3G Ltd, will be applying to Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, under paragraph (4)(b) of Part 24 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Amendment (England) Order 2001 for its determination as to whether the prior approval of the authority will be required to the siting and appearance of Installation of a replica flagpole, removal of existing standard flagpoles, re-use of existing replica flagpole, replacement of existing 200mm and 300mm diameter dish antennas with 2no. 600mm dish antennas and ancillary development thereto.

The application and accompanying plans may be available for public inspection at the offices of the above Authority at Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS2 6ER, during usual office hours. Any individual and organisation wishing to make representation about the siting and appearance of the proposed development may do so in writing to the Local Planning Authority at the address above (please quote site address given above). Any representations must be received no later than 6 March 2012.
